2.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Client or terminate services at any time, particularly if the Company believes the conditions are unsafe or if the Client breaches these terms.

3. Quotations and Payments

3.1 Quotations provided by the Company are based on the information provided by the Client. Additional charges may apply if there are significant changes to the original scope of work.

3.2 A deposit may be required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Client Obligations

4.1 The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the nature and scope of the services required.

4.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Goods are adequately packed and labeled, unless the Company has agreed to provide packing services.

4.3 The Client must ensure that all necessary permissions and access are granted for the Company to perform the services.

5. Company Obligations

5.1 The Company will take reasonable steps to protect the Client’s Goods during transit and handling.

5.2 The Company will maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the duration of the service.

5.3 The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage to Goods unless caused by the Company’s negligence.

6. Liability

6.1 The Company’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the services provided or the value of the Goods, whichever is lower.

6.2 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 Cancellations made by the Client with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

7.2 Refunds will be processed at the Company’s discretion and may be subject to deductions for any costs incurred.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the parties.

8.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed by the parties.
